- 1. Do you accept international orders for any of your products?
- Yes for all of our skin care products and ready-to-drink beverages.
We do not ship any of our freshly made beverage products. Please call our sales department,
because all international orders require special shipping and handling procedures.
- 2. How do I place an order for any of your products?
- You can order by phone, email, online, or in-person at our farmer's market locations.
Our current payment methods include: all major credit and deit cards, checks, cash, and PayPal.
- 3. What is the expected wait time for a typical order?
- Expected processing and delivery times are based on the size of the order. Most
personal/family orders are shipped 24-hours or less. Purchase orders received from vendors, retailers, or merhants
usually require 48-hour processing time prior to shipping the product.
- 4. How are local orders handled?
- For all orders within the Southern California area, local delivery or drop-off is available.
When placing a local order, the sales representative will provide you with the local delivery information.
Shipping and Delivery
- 1. Do you charge a handling fee for any of your products?
- No we do not have any additional charges for handling or processing for any orders that
are being shipped within the United States. There are various handling fees included with international orders.
- 2. Which shipping service does VibrAsia use?
- We offer our customers the option to choose from United States Postal Service (USPS).
FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), or DHL Express.
- 3. What are your local delivery options?
- VibrAsia will provide front-door delivery within the Greater Los Angeles area, and limited parts of Souther California.
Customers can expect to have their products delivered to their front-door via VibrAsia's delivery drivers, UberRush, or Roadie.
Returns & Exchanges
- 1. Can I return or exchange any of your products?
- Due to the potential for product contamination or tampering, we do take back any product for return or exchange.
For individual consumers we offer our customer satisfaction and money-back guarantee. Customers may be able to contact third-party vendors
or manufacturers to request returns and exchanges for their branded products.

- We do take back any third-party products for return or exchange, but our Customer Service Representatives will
partner with our customers to contact any third-party vendors or manufacturers to request returns or exchanges of their products.
